Dear prospective member,
This was our vision… … or part of it, not too many years ago.
Pursuing that vision, our owners visited over 80 top courses throughout the country. We asked questions. We looked at what worked, and what didn’t. We learned everything we could about building the perfect club from the ground up.
One of the most critical decisions to make was who would design the golf course. Our travels and our questions led us to Tom Fazio.
Tom Fazio’s exceptional, 40-year career is based on a simple premise, that a golf course should reflect the natural beauty of it's setting. By this standard, Galloway National is blessed with all the ingredients that make waterfront golf courses so endearing, and so challenging.

Gentle contours, dense pine forests, sand and water were the raw materials. All of this combined with land that has a rolling topography, provided Fazio with an ideal ‘canvas’ on which to create Galloway National.

The result of Fazio’s efforts was a golf course that, immediately upon opening in 1994, was named by Golf Digest as among ‘America’s Best New Courses. Despite this pedigree, Galloway National has always been more accessible than most private golf clubs. You CAN get in! And as a member, this will be your golf course to enjoy daily, along with excellent social and business networking opportunities.
Now, fifteen years since our opening, I am proud to report, that we were recently named by Golf Digest as one of the “Top 100 Courses in the world.” One visit, and you’ll know why.
You’ll also notice that our convenient location is within easy driving distance from Philadelphia, New York and most of the Northeast, literally overlooking Atlantic City, in Galloway Township, NJ.

Galloway National offers a staff of 3 full-time Golf Pros. Together, we bring over 60 years of combined experience as teaching pros to our members. You’ll always have access to me and my personable, top-flight instructors.
Regardless of your current skill level, we’re ready to help you make those small adjustments that can really make a difference out on the golf course.
The Galloway National practice facility is one of the finest you will ever see.
Is practice ever fun? Usually, the answer is ‘no,’ but lately, I’m hearing something different. Our multiple winged range featuring several target greens and bunkers offers a real difference. Being able to hit from any direction improves the quality of your practice, delivering more of a feeling of actually being ‘on the course.’
Additionally, a chipping area, complete with bunkers is available, providing critical practice opportunities to work on those stoke-saving shots around the green. A huge practice-putting green, is also available.

After Golf, You’ll Enjoy Four-Star Dining in Our Spectacular Clubhouse
Recently, after an instruction session for a member, I noticed a group of new members who had played earlier, and had adjourned to the Clubhouse for some ‘after-golf refreshments.’
As I walked by, I asked how the golf was, and were they staying for dinner? The golf, as usual ‘was great!’ But, they were undecided about staying for dinner or leaving and calling it a day. Knowing one in the group pretty well, I told them they should stay for dinner. To make it even better, I told them if they really didn’t think we served a truly outstanding dinner, it would all be on me.
Well, that got their attention. You can guess the rest. They stayed, and enjoyed not only a terrific meal, they also saw their first spectacular evening views from our clubhouse overlooking the 17th hole, Reeds Bay and the Atlantic City Skyline!
